Divided Hearts of America

Divided Hearts of America

In recognition of Sanctity of Life month, The FPC Light & Life Ministry would like to invite you to attend the pro-life documentary "Divided Hearts of America" on Friday, January 22, at 6:30pm in the Sanctuary.

This 90-minute film, produced by football star and pro-life advocate Benjamin Watson and his wife, Kirsten, explores the topic of abortion. Watson frames the film as a “search for truth.” In his talks throughout the U.S., he passionately states, “Our nation is being torn apart; heated debates are raging like a wildfire across this great land. We’re fighting over culture, race, religion, science, social justice, and politics.” Yet he focuses on one issue—abortion—seeking to find how we can be united in a common cause.

We hope you can join us for this FREE event! Doors open at 6:00pm. Local pro-life ministry resource tables will be available from 6:00–8:30pm. A brief discussion with experts will follow the film. CDC safe-gathering guidelines will be observed.

Questions? Contact Stan Johnson (sjohnson@firstpresgreenville.org) or call 864.565.0941.

The mission of the Light & Life Ministry is to equip Presbyterians and other Reformed bodies to champion the sanctity of human life and to increase awareness of the devastating effects of child loss before birth due to abortion.
