Opportunities To Serve

CALLING ALL BAKERS

We are privileged to host The Tim Tebow Foundation’s Night to Shine on Friday, February 7, and need dozens of nut-free cookies and brownies for our special guests. If you are willing to participate, please contact Tina Jones (tjones@firstpresgreenville.org) and let her know how many you will bring. All goodies should be dropped off at the Children’s Ministry check-in desk (near the Nursery) by noon on Friday, February 7.

NIGHT TO SHINE EVENT NEEDS VOLUNTEERS

Night to Shine is an event that requires many volunteers and is a wonderful way to connect with and serve our local community of people with special needs. From serving as a guest’s buddy or member of the red carpet paparazzi to keeping the enthusiasm up on the dance floor or serving food, there is something for everyone. Go to FirstPresGreenville.org/Events to register as a volunteer. Contact Tina Jones at tjones@firstpresgreenville.org with questions.

BRING YELLOW BAG DONATIONS FEBRUARY 23

Unclutter your closets and help homeless children, women, and men in the Upstate! Pick up Yellow Bags at the church beginning February 9 or use your own bags; fill about 2/3 full with gently used clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories. Drive through and drop off in the First Pres parking lots on Sunday, February 23, (8:00am–1:00pm). A large truck from Miracle Hill Ministries will be on campus and staffed to receive your donations.
