"… As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another…" PROVERBS 27:17

FPC Men exists to connect all First Presbyterian men to the church’s mission and a discipleship lifestyle. FPC Men includes all men wherever they may be in life's journey. We celebrate the places men are engaged in the work of the Lord, encourage and find areas where they can get involved, and assist men to be leaders in the home, church, and community. Men are invited to weekly and periodic events throughout the year. Visit the Featured Events page and look at Men's Ministry

Mission Opportunities

Jobs for Life is a transformational ministry designed to equip men who are getting back on their feet to find and keep a job. Over the past 25 years, Jobs for Life has transformed the lives of over 45,000 people and their families.

The First Pres Men’s Ministry is sponsoring this program in partnership with Miracle Hill’s Greenville Rescue Mission, with the first eight-week class beginning in January (conditions permitting). We are praying that a few men with a heart for others will join our team to serve as mentors, and that business owners will volunteer to serve as guest speakers and help with mock interviews.

Jobs for Life transforms the lives of everyone involved—both participants and volunteers! We already have some great people on the team, but we still need your talents. Let’s talk about how you can contribute to this ministry.

As Jesus said in Matthew 25:40, “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’”

To get involved or for more information, please call Ron Clarke, 650.279.1096, or Jim Castle, 614.582.4457.
